Important notice

In case of pre contractual-cancellation, once the lease contract has been drawn up by the real estate agnecy, the applicant will be liable to pay a minimum cancellation fee of CHF 200.- + VAT as well as eventual compensation if the rental company has incurred the loss of another rental contract.
  • The equivalent of 3 months rent as a guarantee must be deposited in a local bank account under the form of a bank guarantee.
  • Upon signature of a lease, administrative fees will be claimed.
  • After signature of the lease and before the keys can be submitted to the new tenant, the bank guarantee as well as a household and civil responsibility insurance must be contracted by the tenant.
