If you are seriously interested in one of our objects and wish to apply for it for a specific date, please submit to us (by fax, email or mail) a complete file including the following documents.

• Fully completed and signed application, which you can download by clicking here
• Passport photocopy of the expected tenant(s)
• A certification delivered by the "Office des poursuites" in Geneva (proof of no financial pursuit in Switzerland. For Swiss citizens or people that have previously lived in Switzelrand.)
• For an "individual" lease : copy of the employment contract or letter from a local employer with mention of duration of contract, salary, etc…)
• For a Company's lease : copy of the Company's commercial registry and annual report
